Booking a time with our Dubai team

Pick a slot below and you will be sitting down with someone from our office in Tecom to go through your application in person. If you would rather write to us first, or your question is quick, the contact page is the better route — it reaches the same team without booking a time.

Where and when

• Office 1406, Damac Executive Heights, Tecom, Dubai.
• Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00. Closed Sunday.

What to bring

You do not need a complete file to book — part of the point of the meeting is working out what your file should contain. It moves faster if you can bring, or have on your phone:

• Your passport, and your UAE residence visa or Emirates ID.
• Where you are going and roughly when.
• Any previous visas or refusals for that country, if you have had either.

Applying for the United States or for Schengen? Reading the US visa page or the Schengen visa page before you come will make the conversation a much shorter one.
